The Website is a dedicated forum for players of the game server associated with Project Zomboid, a roleplaying community for Project Zomboid by The Indie Stone. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and its services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability. User's who break the terms of service of the website, discord, or game server and are permanently suspended from the community as a whole forfeit their right to delete their account and personal information from the website or game server.

The Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
